Meadowcroft’s traditional French style gold medal award winning soft cheese. Meadowcroft Chevré has a rich, creamy flavour, smooth texture and spreads well on bread or crackers. Delicious with strawberry, pear or apple, or try it lightly grilled on wholemeal bread with fresh basil and tomato. Chevré goes very well with salmon and is excellent to use in cheesecakes; it can also be used as a spread instead of butter or margarine. Its soft texture and creaminess lends itself well to use in many recipes.
